Welcome to Hairvana Luxury Hair. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

  • These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and all purchases made through it.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

 

2. Products

  • All wigs are described and displayed as accurately as possible. However, due to lighting, screen resolution, and product variations, we cannot guarantee that the color or texture you see on your screen will be an exact match in person.
  • Wigs are sold for personal use only and may not be resold without written consent.

 

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are only processed once full payment has been received.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
  • We accept the payment methods listed at checkout.


4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch orders within the stated timeframe on our website. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.
  • Once an order has been handed over to the courier, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused during transit.
  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery information.


5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we maintain a strict no returns and no exchanges policy.
  • The only exception is if you receive the wrong item, in which case you may request an exchange under the following conditions:
    • The wig is unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
    • You provide a clear unboxing video showing the wig as received.
    • You notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • We will not accept items that have been washed, dyed, cut, styled, glued, brushed, combed, or otherwise altered.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including our logo, brand name, images, product descriptions, and designs, is the intellectual property of Hairvana Luxury Hair.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content without prior written permission.


7. Limitation of Liability

  • Hairvana Luxury Hair is not responsible for:
    • Allergic reactions, scalp sensitivities, or improper use of wigs.
    • Damage caused by incorrect handling, styling, or maintenance.
    • Losses or damages resulting from courier delays or errors beyond our control.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

 

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of South African courts.

  • We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
