Shipping policy

At Hairvana Luxury Hair, we want your order to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.


1. Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days after payment has been received.  
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.  
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Please note: Processing/dispatch time is separate from courier delivery time. This means your order will only be handed over to the courier after the 2–5 business day processing period.


2. Shipping & Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service. Once your order has been dispatched, it will be delivered within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout.

For example, if you select a courier option of 1–2 business days delivery, this applies only after your order has been dispatched, not from the moment you place your order.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Delays caused by the courier or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, strikes, customs clearance) are beyond our control.

 

3. Order Tracking

 

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details.
  • Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment and contacting the courier if delivery issues arise.

 

4. Shipping Costs

 

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

 

5. Incorrect Address

 

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

 

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

 

  • We carefully package all wigs before shipping.
  • Once your order has been handed over to the courier, Hairvana Luxury Hair is not responsible for loss or damage during transit.
  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the courier directly with your tracking number.
