Refund policy
At Hairvana Luxury Hair, your satisfaction is very important to us. However, due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we maintain a strict no returns and no exchanges policy.
Please read the following carefully before placing your order:
1. Strictly No Returns
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns once a wig has been delivered.
- Please ensure you select the correct style, length, and color before completing your purchase.
2. Wrong Item Received
We will only consider an exchange if you received the wrong wig or accessories (different from what you ordered).
- The wig must be in its original condition: unaltered, unworn, uncut, and undamaged.
- Any wig that has been washed, dyed, cut, styled, glued, brushed, combed, or otherwise altered will not qualify for exchange.
- You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery if you received the wrong item or no item at all.
3. Proof of Condition
- A clear unboxing video showing the wig or any accessories as it was received must be provided. This video must show the package being opened from start to finish without interruption.
- Without this video proof, we cannot process an exchange request.
4. Shipping for Exchanges
- If an exchange is approved, the customer will be responsible for returning the wig in its original packaging.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer will bear the cost of return shipping unless the error was on our side.
5. No Exchanges for Hygiene Purposes
- We do not allow exchanges for reasons such as “changed my mind,” “don’t like the style,” “wrong size chosen,” or “color looks different in person.”
- Wigs are considered personal-use items, and once delivered, they cannot be resold for health and hygiene reasons.
6. Quality Assurance
- Every wig is carefully inspected and packaged before shipping.
- We recommend reviewing our product descriptions, sizing guides, and pictures/videos carefully before making your purchase.
